Are your Toys Clean/Sanitary?

Most importantly of all, our toys are clean and safe! All toys are cleaned top to bottom with a gentle solution of detergent and anti-bacterial soap before every hire.

Are your Toys safe/maintained/reliable?

All of our equipment is thoroughly inspected after each hire, any repairs, maintenance or replacement takes place before the next hire so that the equipment is safe to use, looks great and works well.

All electrical appliances including power leads are tested and tagged to AS/NZS 3760 standard and are inspected prior to every hire.

Do you have Insurance?

Yes, we have comprehensive public and product liability cover up to $20,000,000.00.

What are your Delivery/Pickup Charges?

Delivery charges will vary according to your physical location, if it is a weekend or the type of work required when we are there.

What days do you Deliver/Pickup?

Deliveries are typically on Friday and pickups on Monday. Weekend or alternative day’s deliveries and pickups can be arranged by request.

What if a toy becomes damaged during my hire?

Please let us know if there is any damage, missing parts or breakage to our equipment, we will have to assess the damage and how it occurred. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information regarding damaged, lost and broken equipment.

Please DO NOT allow children to play with or near broken equipment.

How does the hire process work?

Once you have submitted your quote request including your contact and delivery details, we will contact you shortly afterwards with a quote, if you are happy to proceed, we will firm up deliver/pickup times and send through a formal invoice.

When is my hire booking 100% locked in place?

After we have all of your details, delivery and pickup logistics are in place and you have paid for your hire.

Unfortunately, due to a limited amount of inventory and with some toys being very popular, we cannot hold toys without payment for extended periods. We will contact with you to check before re hiring the item as best we can.

Can I collect from you and avoid delivery costs?

You are most welcome to collect from us, however we will need to check the type of vehicle you intend to use for transport of our equipment is suitable/big enough to take larger items in particular.

What methods of Payment do you take?

We accept Bank Transfer, Credit Card and Paypal.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations can made up until 48 hours prior to the day of your hire free of charge. Less than 48 hours prior to your hire will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
